My heart is tangled and hurting right now as I read the comments about the picture I posted of the oil damage in our ocean.
My heart is raw looking at this picture and the horrific situation in our ocean. It’s even worse reading the comments and seeing the collective pain we share over this dilemma.Our science has failed us. Our leaders have failed us. Our ocean watch dogs and experts have even failed us. We have nothing left right now but ourselves. Now is the time as humans to use our most powerful tools….our hearts and our brains.
I believe we can’t drown in our sadness and we can’t sit and point our fingers at those to blame.
Our true power lies in this most powerful human potential we possess; the power that scientific studies have yet to explain, the power of our human spirit.
Our will, our brains and hearts, the power of our intention, thoughts, prayer, and our words on water has already been proven. Water molecules are affected and changed.

Regardless of your religious or non-religious belief, the most powerful thing we can individually do is to not lose faith. To hold the vision of our oceans clean and clear, to believe in the spirit of our animals to survive and their instincts to find safety, and to believe in the wisdom of this planet we’ve tried so hard to destroy is what we must do. We need to now find that place deep inside ourselves that houses the vision of what we so desire—rather than follow what our media loves: the vision of the worst possible scenario….one of no hope.
I know the way we can help our planet during this tumultuous time is by our unwavering hope and laser sharp intention of thought. We are an amazing species with hearts and minds that are powerful beyond our wildest dreams. The capacity of the brain and heart hasn’t even begun to be understood. I stood in the operating room for 17 years teaching surgeons cutting edge technology and I can assure you that even the best surgeon in the world truly doesn’t know what’s behind the infinite wisdom of our heart and brain. Break science down and the unexplainable is in the middle of it….we can prove and prove our scientific theories with scientific measurements and yet, in the end, it comes down to the unexplainable esoteric mystery of it all. Science has yet to prove where our soul is housed, where the thinking mind of the I comes from or what drives the human spirit to love and hope and believe. No one understands the survival shot of adrenaline that allows a mother to lift a car off her child in an emergency, or the intuition that lets us know there is danger or someone we love is in trouble.
Our thoughts are powerful. If we lose hope and imagine our planet in peril, we will be in peril. We would waste our precious resource of energy pointing the finger at those responsible for this, and waste our energy thinking the worst, spreading the horrific news we see daily.
What is my point tonight? My point is this; science has proven that it hasn’t begun to understand the workings and power of our heart and mind. Science has proven the power of our intentions, thoughts and words on water. So, I believe it’s our responsibility individually to not lose hope, to hold the vision of a clean and healed ocean, and to spend time each day; each hour even, sending our thoughts, prayers, intentions and vision to our ocean and the life within it’s dark depths.
As we watch our government, corporations and scientists flail about looking for direction, I believe the combined effort of us all, visualizing the healing of our waters can make a difference.
It can’t hurt and it’s a lot more productive than the alternative of sitting back, pointing the finger and singing the song of despair.
